Unprofessional service.
They should maintain time online it’s shows that it will be open at 9:00am in the morning. I waiting there but still 9:35am shop closed.
If you’re not able to open at the time which you mentioned then you should not mention time in google.
Bad experience, not recommended who is working person because of the time management.

Would give 0* if I could. Dropped a custom made suede suit to be dry cleaned. They completely ruined my suit and burnt all the suede. When I went back to show them the damage the gentleman at the desk called the person who actually dry cleaned it, who said there was no washing instruction label so I just did what we normally do. A dry cleaners is meant to wash clothes as per the requirements of each garment. If there are no instructions, then refer back to the customer whose number you clearly have. Don’t just dry clean how you’d normally wash clothes and hope for the best. Ruined my custom made £1000 suit. Never use this dry cleaners again. It seems the staff who work here don’t have basic knowledge to be working in a dry cleaners. The owner puts a message on the receipt unaware how consumer rights work. A small message on a receipt and verbal statement does not protect you, especially when your worker claims to have just proceeded without any label instructions. No protocols in place, clearly. Will have to take up a formal complaint for small businesses. Better off going to a dry cleaners who actually tell you that they can’t dry clean it without instructions rather than hoping for the best as they do here.

Kurtka zimowa.Pranie 35f. Odebrana brudna, z plamami, zaciekami. Ta pralnia to dno. Pan upiera się, że nie dało się porządnie uprac.
Prana w Polsce w pralni 2 miesiące temu. za 50 zł. (10f) Odebrana czysciutka, pachnąca. Nie polecam!!!
